Robot Snacks Terms of Sale

1. What you're buying

The Snack Pack is a digital product: a downloadable bundle of files (the "Skill Files") that work with the Anthropic Claude AI assistant to help you build, deploy, and maintain a small-business website. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Snack Pack as described in these terms. It is not a service, not a managed offering, and not a website builder hosted by us. We deliver the files; you use them on your own computer with your own accounts.

2. License

When your purchase is complete, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

• Download the Snack Pack files;
• Use them to build, launch, and maintain websites for businesses that you personally own or operate.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Snack Pack files (in whole or in part) to anyone else;
• Use the Snack Pack to build websites for clients, customers, or any business you do not personally own or operate;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying framework for the purpose of recreating or competing with the Snack Pack;
• Use the Snack Pack to build websites that violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or that we reasonably determine are harmful, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative.

The license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. We may also terminate your license for misuse, in which case you must stop using the Snack Pack and delete your copies.

3. Who owns what

Cardsetter owns the Snack Pack. The Skill Files, framework, design system, prompts, documentation, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Cardsetter. Buying a license does not transfer ownership of any of it.

You own your website. The HTML, CSS, copy, images, and content that get generated for your specific website using the Snack Pack are yours. You can host the resulting site wherever you want, modify it, and continue using it indefinitely, even if your license to the Snack Pack itself is later terminated.

You are responsible for making sure you have rights to anything you upload into the project folder: your logo, your photos, your copy, any content you supply.

4. What's included with your purchase

A one-time download of the current version of the Snack Pack, including everything described on the product page at the time you purchased: the Builder skill (Discovery, Build, and Launch sessions), the Style Kits, the Launch Kit, the Updates Snack, the setup guide, and the session cheat sheet.

That's the deliverable. There are no free updates, no future versions, no included upgrades. If we release a new version of the Snack Pack in the future, it will be a separate product available for separate purchase. Your purchase entitles you to the version you bought, period.

5. Beta product

The Snack Pack is in beta. That means:

• Features may change, be removed, or stop working without notice;
• Output quality is not guaranteed and will vary;
• We may decide to discontinue the Snack Pack entirely;
• There is no service-level agreement, no uptime guarantee, and no support response-time guarantee;
• Feedback you send us (bug reports, suggestions, comments) may be used by us to improve the product, with no compensation or attribution required.

Buying a beta product means accepting that it may not behave the way you want, that it is being actively developed, and that the experience today may not be the experience tomorrow.

6. AI-generated output

The Snack Pack uses AI models that you access through your own Anthropic Claude account. AI output is inherently unpredictable. Models can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, produce incorrect code, generate text that doesn't match your business, or behave in unexpected ways.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving everything the AI generates before you publish it. Cardsetter is not responsible for AI output, errors in AI output, or any consequence of publishing AI output. This includes (but is not limited to) factual mistakes on your website, broken code, copy that misrepresents your business, design choices you don't like, accessibility issues, SEO outcomes, or any other result of working with an AI tool.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Your website's content. Everything published on the website you build is yours: the copy, the images, the claims, the offers, the contact information, the legal pages.
• Rights to that content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use every image, logo, photo, text, and asset you supply or that the AI helps you select. If a stock photo source's license requires attribution or restricts usage, you are responsible for following those rules.
• Legal compliance. Your website must comply with all applicable laws, including accessibility laws, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), advertising and consumer-protection laws, and any industry-specific regulations that apply to your business (medical, legal, financial, real estate, etc.).
• Your own legal pages. The Snack Pack does not generate a privacy policy, terms of service, cookie notice, or any other legal page for your website. You are responsible for providing your own.
• Following third-party terms. Use of Anthropic Claude, Netlify, Pexels, Unsplash, Google Business Profile, and any other third-party service required to use the Snack Pack is subject to those services' own terms. You are responsible for reading and complying with each.

8. Third-party services

The Snack Pack requires you to use several third-party services that we do not own or control, including but not limited to:

• Anthropic and Claude: required to run the AI sessions;
• Netlify: required to host your website;
• Pexels and Unsplash: used to find stock photography;
• Google: for Google Business Profile and Search Console;
• Font and icon providers: fonts loaded from Google Fonts, icons from Font Awesome, and similar.

Each of these services has its own terms, pricing, and availability, which can change at any time. We are not responsible if any of them raises prices, changes features, has outages, modifies their terms, or stops offering their service. If a third-party service becomes unavailable or unusable, that does not entitle you to a refund.

9. All sales are final

All purchases of the Snack Pack are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges, for any reason, including (without limitation): the product not meeting your expectations; technical difficulties on your end; changes to third-party services; your change of mind; your inability or unwillingness to complete the build; or the Snack Pack being discontinued.

Please review the product page, the requirements section, and these terms carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether the Snack Pack is right for you, wait for a future release or do not buy.

10. Warranty disclaimer

THE SNACK PACK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDSETTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that the Snack Pack will meet your requirements, work without interruption, be secure, be error-free, produce any specific outcome, or generate any particular result. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, useful, or free from error.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDSETTER (AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SNACK PACK, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

CARDSETTER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SNACK PACK, FROM ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND UNDER ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SNACK PACK.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cardsetter and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Snack Pack; (b) any website you build, publish, or operate using the Snack Pack; (c) your content, including any claim that your content infringes a third party's rights; (d) your violation of these terms; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or any third-party service's terms.

13. Trademarks

"Robot Snacks," "Cardsetter," "Website Snack Pack," and related logos are trademarks of Cardsetter, Inc. Your purchase does not grant you any right to use those marks. You may not claim affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by Cardsetter.

The Snack Pack is built for use with Claude. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. You may not claim that your purchase makes you a partner, reseller, or authorized representative of Anthropic.

14. Privacy

Information we collect when you purchase the Snack Pack (such as your email address and order details) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to that handling.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages or changes at Anthropic, Netlify, or other third-party services; internet or telecommunications failures; acts of God; natural disasters; war or civil unrest; labor disputes; government action; or pandemics.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your purchase. If we materially change these terms going forward, we will post the updated version at robotsnacks.io/terms with a new effective date.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Snack Pack will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us in writing at the email address below and give us at least 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

18. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced on the product page at the time of purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Cardsetter concerning the Snack Pack, and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these terms or any rights under them without our written consent. We may assign them freely.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
